In Metis Smart Modeling [[Metis_Smart_Modeling_-_Systems#Systems|Systems]] are logical entities which are the building block of an offer in Metis Smart Quote. In a commercial logic, not all users would be able to propose all systems listed in the application to their customers. In the System Profile menu, the administrator can define and manage the systems, subsystem and system groups in order to enable them for a group of users or an individual user, as shown in the following example:
